摘要
低浓度硝酸盐废水处理难度较大,本研究通过构建连续流反应器,对比分析单独加铁和铁电联用的方式对自养生物体系的强化作用。实验结果表明,相较于无铁强化和铁强化体系,弱电介导体系可以分别提升NO3--N去除率50.55%和7.01%,并且铁作用时间可延长至15天。微生物群落分析表明,硝酸盐还原菌占比最高,是该耦合生物体系的主要脱氮菌群。经弱电强化后丰度达到16.8%,而亚硝酸盐还原菌和厌氧氨氧化菌也参与了部分氮代谢过程,生物体系代谢路径得到进一步丰富。
The treatment of low concentration nitrate wastewater is difficult.In this study,a continuous flow reactor was constructed to com-pare and analyze the strengthening effect of iron addition alone and ferroelectric combination on autotrophic biological systems.The experimental results show that the weak point mediated system can enhance the removal efficiency of NO3--N by 50.55%and 7.01%,respectively.When intersect-ed with iron free and iron strengthened systems,and the iron action time can be extended to 15 days.Microbial community analysis shows that nitrate reducing bacteria account for the highest proportion and are the main denitrifying bacteria group.After weak current enhancement,their abundance reaches 16.8%.Nitrite reducing bacteria and anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria also participate in some nitrogen metabolism processes,further enriching the metabolic pathways of the biological system.
