新形势下,考虑到油气资源产区与市场需求分布存在差异,因此应积极做好油气资源的输送调配工作。与其他油气运输方式相比,管道运输的优势更为明显,包括成本较低、输送资源的效率高、建设周期短、安全性高、无污染等,现已得到广泛应用。文章以天然气管道为研究对象,首先,分析了管道防腐的现实意义;其次,讨论了管道腐蚀的原因,包括化学腐蚀、电化学腐蚀、应力腐蚀和磨损腐蚀;最后,提出了改用耐腐材料、使用缓蚀剂、在管壁增加涂层、阴极保护几项有效措施,以供参考。

In the new situation,considering the differences in the distribution of oil and gas resource production areas and market demand,it is necessary to actively carry out the transportation and allocation of oil and gas resources.Compared with other oil and gas transportation meth-ods,pipeline transportation has more obvious advantages,including lower cost,high efficiency in transporting resources,short construction period,high safety,and no pollution.It has been widely used.The article takes natural gas pipelines as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the practical significance of pipeline anti-corrosion;Secondly,the causes of pipeline corrosion were discussed,including chemical corrosion,electrochemical cor-rosion,stress corrosion,and wear corrosion;Finally,several effective measures were proposed for reference,including the use of corrosion-resistant materials,the use of corrosion inhibitors,the addition of coatings on pipe walls,and cathodic protection.
