心形微通道反应器中连续生产生物柴油的工艺研究

摘要 本研究通过响应面法优化了心形微通道反应器连续生产生物柴油的工艺参数,建立了脂肪酸甲酯含量数学模型,相关系数高达0.9915。最佳工艺条件为催化剂含量4.66%,反应温度65℃,醇油摩尔比8.7和反应停留时间120s,使脂肪酸甲酯含量达97.68%。与传统搅拌式反应器相比,心形微反应器反应时间缩短12倍,具有明显的传质性能优势。该研究创新性地应用微通道反应器连续生产生物柴油,并优化工艺参数,为工业应用提供重要数据,具有较高的应用价值。 In this paper,In this study,the response surface method was used to optimize the process parameters of the heart-shaped micro-channel reactor for continuous production of biodiesel,and the mathematical model of fatty acid methyl ester content was established,and the cor-relation coefficient was as high as 0.9915.The optimum conditions were as follows:catalyst content 4.66%,reaction temperature 65℃,molar ratio of alcohol to oil 8.7 and reaction residence time 120 s,the content of fatty acid methyl ester reached 97.68%.Compared with the traditional stirred reactor,the reaction time of the heart-shaped microreactor is 12 times shorter,and it has obvious advantages in mass transfer performance.This study innovatively uses microchannel reactor to continuously produce biodiesel and optimizes process parameters,which provides important data for industrial applications and has high application value.
