摘要
为加强焊接工艺参数对FSW接头力学性能及疲劳特性影响的研究,在减少真实试验的基础上,提出互补模拟法。并通过文献分析证明该方法的可行性。该方法把响应面法与数值模拟法进行结合,首先按照响应面法需求进行FSW接头焊接工艺参数设计,然后利用数值模拟法获取对应的响应值,最后建立焊接工艺参数与响应值间的函数关系式,并通过函数关系式优化FSW接头焊接工艺参数。
In order to research on the mechanical properties and fatigue characteristics of FSW joints,the complementary simulation method is proposed.The feasibility of the method is proved by literature analysis.The response surface method and numerical simulation method were combined.First,welding process parameters were designed in order to agree with the demand of the response surface method.Then,the corresponding response value was obtained by using numerical simulation method.Finally the function relation was built between the response and welding process parameters.And the FSW joint welding process parameters were optimized.
