摘要
本文合成了非离子咪唑啉衍生物作为主要缓蚀组分,并分别与不同的防垢和杀菌组分进行了复配,得到多个缓蚀防垢杀菌合剂,考察了其稳定性并在海上某油田的工况下对其缓蚀防垢杀菌性能进行了评价。结果表明非离子咪唑啉衍生物配伍性较好,合剂品质稳定,缓蚀防垢杀菌合剂FHT在模拟现场工况下缓蚀率85.84%、防垢率85.57%、杀菌率99.45%,满足现场使用要求。
In this paper,non-ionic imidazoline derivatives were synthesized as the main corrosion inhibition components,and were com-pounded with different anti-scaling and biocidal components to obtain several samples of corrosion/scale/bacterium inhibitors,and the performance of the sample s was investigated under the working conditions.The results show that the nonionic imidazoline derivatives have good compatibility and the samples are stable,corrosion/scale/bacterium inhibitor FHT showed 85.84%corrosion inhibition rate,85.57%scale inhibition rate and 99.45%sterilization rate under simulated field conditions,which meet the requirements of field use.
