职业技能大赛作为培养学生工匠精神的有效途径,对提升职业教育质量、培养创新型技能人才具有重要意义。文章主要围绕职业技能大赛中培养学生工匠精神相关内容进行研究,在阐述了职业技能大赛的积极影响基础上,提出合理化策略,旨在引导学生在参加职业技能大赛活动中内化知识结构,实现学生工匠精神的培养目标。

As an effective way to cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship,vocational skills competition is of great significance in improving the quality of vocational education and cultivating innovative skilled talents.Mainly focusing on the relevant content of cultivating students'craftsmanship spirit in vocational skills competition,this paper,on the basis of elaborating the positive impact of vocational skills competition,puts forward reasonable strategies,to guide students to internalize the knowledge structure of participating in vocational skills competition and realizing the goal of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship.
