摘要
本文首先阐述了新时代构建高职院校教师考核评价体系的必要性,其次分析了教师考核评价体系面临的挑战,包括指标设置难、评价方法单一、评价结果难以客观反映教师实际水平等方面,最后提出了构建策略,包括制定科学合理的评价指标体系、采用多元化的评价方法、注重评价结果的客观性和有效性等方面。
This paper first expounds the necessity of constructing a teacher assessment and evaluation system in higher vocational institutes in the new era,then analyzes the challenges faced by the teacher assessment and evaluation system,including the difficulty in setting indicators,the single evaluation method,and the difficulty in objectively reflecting the actual level of teachers,and finally puts forward the construction strategy,including developing scientific and reasonable evaluation indicator system,adopting diversified evaluation methods,and paying attention to the objectivity and effectiveness of evaluation results.
