Exploration on New Quality Productive Forces Development Strategy Empowered by the Linkage of East-to-West Computing Resource Transfer Program

2024年3月,习近平总书记指出,必须立足于经济发展实际,全面激发新质生产力的深厚潜能。当前,我国经济发展必须聚集于三个核心要素,即技术创新、要素配置、产业转型,充分体现创新性、高品质、技术领先性的特点,推进经济向高质量发展。“东数西算”战略实施,构建了一体化的网络体系,强调延展东部发达地区的发展空间,构建西部地区的发展枢纽,实现了东西部经济协调发展。由此,借助于“东数西算”联动效能,构建赋能数字经济新生态更精确地洞察市场需求、更有效地推进技术创新、更灵活地调配资源要素,从而形成新质生产力发展的重要逻辑链条,推动我国经济持续健康发展。

In March 2024,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to fully stimulate the profound potential of new quality productive forces based on the actual economic development.At present,China’s economic development must focus on three core elements,namely technological innovation,factor allocation,and industrial transformation,fully embodying the characteristics of innovation,high quality,and technological leadership and promoting the development of the economy to a high-quality side.The implementation of the strategy of“East-to-West Computing Resource Transfer Program”has built an integrated network system,emphasizing the extension of the development space of the developed eastern regions and the construction of a development hub in the western region,so as to realize the coordinated economic development of the eastern and western regions.Therefore,with the help of the linkage effciency of“East-to-West Computing Resource Transfer Program”,we can build a new ecology that empowers the digital economy to gain more accurate insight into market demand,more effectively promote technological innovation,and moreflexibly allocate resource elements,so as to form an important logical chain for the development of new quality productive forces and promote the sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy.
