摘要
随着老龄化程度的加深,老龄群体从消费的边缘群体逐步转变为参与消费的重要主体,成为扩大和促进消费的重要力量。本文以广州市为例,对老龄消费环境存在的问题进行问卷和访谈调查,结果显示:老龄消费供给多样化、品质化、人性化有待提升;老龄消费渠道和场景不足,消费场所适老化有待提升;涉老消费维权难度较大,消费安全和信任感不够;老龄消费参与面临数字障碍,数字适老化仍需深入。为此,本文建议开展顶层设计,丰富老龄消费供给,畅通老龄消费渠道,加强老龄消费权益保护,弥合老龄数字鸿沟,增进老龄群体消费参与,激发老龄消费潜能。
With the deepening of aging,the aging population has gradually shifted from being a marginal consumer group to an important participant in consumption,becoming an important force in expanding and promoting consumption.This article takes Guangzhou as an example to conduct a questionnaire and interview survey on the problems existing in the aging consumption environment.The results show that the diversification,quality,and humanization of aging consumption supply need to be improved;There are insuffcient channels and scenarios for aging consumption,and the suitability of consumption venues for aging needs to be improved;It is diffcult to protect the rights of aging consumers,and there is insuffcient consumer safety and trust;The participation of aging consumers faces digital barriers,and digital adaptation to aging still needs to be deepened.Therefore,it is recommended to carry out top-level design,enrich the supply of aging consumption,smooth the channels of aging consumption,strengthen the protection of aging consumption rights,bridge the digital divide of the elderly,enhance the participation of the aging population in consumption,and stimulate the potential of aging consumption.
