腹腔镜结肠直肠癌手术的标准化操作、质量控制与疗效评价

Standardized procedure,quality control and efficacy evaluation of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer

腹腔镜结肠直肠癌手术的安全性和有效性已得到多项大型临床研究的证实,腹腔镜已成为我国结肠直肠癌外科治疗的主要方式。基于循证医学证据与临床实践积累的经验,腹腔镜结肠直肠癌手术技术仍在持续优化和改进,其关键技术主要围绕以下3方面:(1)完整的手术切除范围;(2)合适的淋巴结清扫范围;(3)安全的消化道重建。重视腹腔镜结肠直肠癌手术的标准化操作,推动手术的规范化开展,形成科学的手术评价体系,做好手术疗效评估,并开展高质量的临床研究,是提高我国腹腔镜结肠直肠癌手术规范化水平的关键。

The safety and efficacy of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer has been confirmed by several largescale clinical studies.Laparoscopy has become the main modality of surgical treatment for colorectal cancer in China.Based on evidence-based medicine and the experience accumulated in clinical practice,laparoscopic colorectal surgical techniques are still being continuously optimised and improved.The key techniques mainly revolve around the following three aspects:(1)complete surgical excision extension;(2)appropriate lymph node dissection area;(3)safe digestive tract reconstruction.Prioritizing the standardization of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery,promoting the consistent implementation of these procedures,establishing a scientific evaluation system,thoroughly assessing surgical outcomes,and conducting high-quality clinical research are essential for enhancing the standardization of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery in China.
