摘要
当前,我国疫苗供应链监管存在信息传递不畅、数据极易篡改、多元监管缺位的问题。对此,运用区块链技术去中心化、公开透明、不可篡改、可追溯性的特性,从监管主体、供应链成员、社会大众的角度,构建基于区块链技术的疫苗供应链监管体系,形成疫苗供应链监管合力,实现疫苗全链条监管。
At present,there are dilemmas in the regulation of China's vaccine supply chain,such as poor information transmission,extremely easy to tamper with data,and lack of diversified supervision.In this regard,using the characteristics of blockchain technology of decentralization,openness and transparency,non-tampering and traceability,we construct a regulatory system for vaccine supply chain based on blockchain technology from the perspectives of regulatory bodies,supply chain members,and the general public,so as to realize the regulatory synergy of vaccine supply chain.
