手持式轨迹仪在瓦斯抽采钻孔轨迹检测中的应用

摘要 为提高煤与瓦斯突出矿井抽采钻孔施工质量,提升抽采钻孔控制精度,避免瓦斯治理空白条带,需要对瓦斯钻孔轨迹进行测定。手持式轨迹仪是一种基于陀螺仪测量原理和电子罗盘校正方法的仪器,通过对电子罗盘和陀螺仪测量原理的分析,经过测量校准试验,确定误差补偿系数值,有效控制了由于系统误差导致测量精度下降的问题。通过煤巷现场实践验证,使用手持式轨迹仪随机抽取9个钻孔进行实测,得出方位角误差均向左偏斜1.0°~8.0°,倾角误差均向上偏斜0.5°~3.0°,验证了手持式轨迹仪检测的准确性,可以显著提高瓦斯抽采钻孔的精度。 In order to improve the construction quality of drilling for extraction in coal and gas outburst mines,improve the drilling control accuracy for extraction,and avoid blank zones of gas control,it was necessary to measure the track of drilling.The handheld tracker was an instrument based on the principle of gyroscope measurement and the correction method of electronic compass.Through the analysis of the measurement principle of electronic compass and gyroscope,the error compensation coefficient value was determined through calibration test,which effectively controlled the measurement accuracy decline caused by system error.Then,through the field practice in the coal roadway,9 drilling holes were randomly selected by handheld tracker for measurement.It was concluded that the azimuth error was deviated to the left by 1.0°~8.0°,and the inclination error was deviated upward by 0.5°~3.0°,which verified the accuracy of handheld tracker detection and could significantly improve the drilling accuracy for gas extraction.
