Digital empowerment has become an important way to promote the integrated development of culture and tourism in the Shandong section of the Yellow River Basin.With the rapid development of digital technolo⁃gy,the culture and tourism industry in Shandong section of the Yellow River Basin has ushered in unprece⁃dented development opportunities.A series of digital empowerment programs and measures are proposed,in⁃cluding the use of big data and artificial intelligence technology to enhance the personalization and intelligence of cultural and tourism products,the use of virtual reality technology to create a new cultural and tourism expe⁃rience,the construction of a cultural and tourism big data platform,and the enhancement of information sha⁃ring,etc.,with the aim of providing a better digital empowerment service for the integrated development of cul⁃tural and tourism in the Shandong section of the Yellow River Basin,as well as providing references for the in⁃tegrated development of cultural and tourism in other regions.
