摘要
阐述数字经济与企业网络数字化转型的特点,分析当前企业网络数字化转型原因及其时代必然性,以及企业网络数字化转型面临的困境,提出促进企业网络数字化转型的策略,包括确定企业网络战略定位、完成企业网络数字化转型、注重企业网络数字化转型人才培养。
This paper describes the characteristics of digital economy and enterprise network digital transformation,analyzes the reasons and inevitability of current enterprise network digital transformation,as well as the challenges faced by enterprise network digital transformation.It proposes strategies to promote enterprise network digital transformation,including determining enterprise network strategic positioning,completing enterprise network digital transformation,and emphasizing talent cultivation for enterprise network digital transformation.
