阐述主动配电网态势预测,可以帮助电力系统运营商预测潜在的问题,如设备故障、线路过载或电力质量问题。为此,基于主动配电网态势预测框架,生成主动配电网典型运行场景集,并进行趋势超短期预测,运用灰色关联分析法,制定风险场景的态势管控方案,以提高电力系统运行的可靠性。

This paper describes proactive distribution network situation prediction,which can help power system operators predict potential problems such as equipment failures,line overloads,or power quality issues.It is based on the active distribution network situation prediction framework,generates a set of typical operating scenarios for active distribution networks,and conducts trend ultra short term prediction.Using grey relational analysis,it formulates situation control plans for risk scenarios to improve the reliability of power system operation.
