基于差距分析的中学校园使用后评估研究

摘要 使用后评估可以实现对设计项目的反馈修正和同类项目建设标准的前馈优化。本研究提出通过后评估与预评价之间的差距分析的使用后评估方法,以增加项目评价视角,对后续同类型项目策划设计提供参照。以西安市A、B中学设计项目为例说明该方法的应用,通过多元主体介入的预评价和使用后评估,完善中学校园设计数据库。 Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)is to achieve feed-back on design and feed-forward to similar projects and criteria.Through the gap analysis between POE and pre-evaluation,this study proposes POE methods that provides a new perspective on the assessment and informs and supports the programming and design of subsequent projects.Taking A and B middle school projects in Xi'an as examples,the method is tested and the database of middle school campus design is improved through architectural programming and POE with the involvement of multiple stakeholders.
