铁死亡调控在肌少症中的作用机制及治疗

Mechanism of iron death regulation in sarcopenia and therapeutic research

摘要 肌少症是一种常见的老年性疾病,发病率逐年增加,危害性大,营养支持治疗效果欠佳。铁死亡是一种新型的细胞死亡方式,以铁代谢异常、脂质过氧化以及活性氧异常增多为特征。相关研究显示,铁死亡在一定程度上与肌少症的发生发展有关,铁死亡会阻碍肌肉的再生和修复,导致肌肉减少。有研究显示肌少症相关的细胞铁死亡的调控作用,能有效增加肌肉的数量和力量,改善躯体功能。本文汇总了国内外关于调控铁死亡防治肌少症的作用机制及治疗的最新研究,以期为临床防治肌少症提供参考。 Sarcopenia is a common geriatric disease with increasing incidence year by year,the harm is great,nutritional support is not good.Iron death is a novel type of cell death,characterized by abnormal iron metabolism,lipid peroxidation and an abnormal increase in reactive oxygen species.Some studies have shown that iron death is in part related to the occurrence of sarcopenia,and iron death will hinder muscle regeneration and repair,leading to muscle loss.Studies have shown that the modulation of cellular iron death of sarcopenia is effective in increasing muscle mass and strength and improving physical function.In this paper,we summaried the latest research on the mechanism of action and treatment of regulating iron death to prevent and treat sarcopenia,with a view to providing a reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of sarcopenia.
