PI3K-Akt信号通路在肌少症中的作用研究进展

Research progress on the role of the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway in sarcopenia

摘要 肌少症是一种进行性骨骼肌质量和功能减退的综合征,其发病风险随着年龄的增长而增加。目前已成为老年人临床疾病之一,然而该病分子机制尚不清楚,治疗策略的选择和疗效评价也不同。近年来,研究者从营养、运动、遗传等因素上寻找机制,PI3K-Akt信号通路作为其中的调节通路之一,目前发现其与多种因素有关,本综述将主要阐述细胞因子、激素、促炎因子、线粒体在该通路上对肌少症中的调控机制,希望为肌少症的治疗提供新线索。 Sarcopenia is a progressive disease characterized by the loss of skeletal muscle mass and function.The risk of developing sarcopenia increases with age, making it a significant clinical concern for the elderly.However, the molecular mechanism underlying this disease remains unclear, and there is a lack of consensus regarding treatment strategies and evaluation of their effectiveness.In recent years, researchers have explored various factors such as nutrition, exercise, and genetics to understand the mechanisms involved.One such regulatory pathway, the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, has been found to be associated with multiple factors.This review aims to shed light on the regulatory mechanisms of cytokines, hormones, pro-inflammatory factors, and mitochondria within this pathway in the context of sarcopenia.By doing so, it hopes to offer new insights for the treatment of sarcopenia.
