盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊对复发性脑梗死后遗症期相关性头痛患者颅内血流速度及血清神经递质水平的影响

摘要 目的研究盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊联合天舒胶囊治疗复发性脑梗死后遗症期相关性头痛患者颅内血流速度及血清神经递质水平的影响。方法选取本院2020年4月至2022年4月期间87例复发性脑梗死后遗症期相关性头痛患者随机分组,对照组43例给予天舒胶囊治疗,观察组44例联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、颅内血流速度、血清神经递质水平和不良反应。结果观察组治疗后,大脑后动脉(PCA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)、基底动脉(BA)、椎动脉(VA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)血流速度水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后,内皮素-1(ET-1)、P物质(SP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者失眠、恶心呕吐、嗜睡等不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗复发性脑梗死后遗症期相关性头痛患者疗效确切,能够调节颅内血流速度,改善血清神经递质水平,安全性高。 Objective To investigate the effects of Flunarizine hydrochloride capsule combined with Tianshu capsule on intracranial blood flow velocity and serum neurotransmitter levels in patients with recurrent cerebral infarction sequelae stage related headache.Methods A total of 87 patients with headache associated with sequelae stage of recurrent cerebral infarction from April 2020 to April 2022 were randomly assigned.43 patients in the control group were treated with Tianshu capsule and 44 patients in the observation group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule.Clinical efficacy,intracranial blood flow velocity,serum neurotransmitter levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood flow velocity of posterior cerebral artery(PCA),middle cerebral artery(MCA),basilar artery(BA),vertebral artery(VA)and anterior cerebral artery(ACA)in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1),Substance P(SP)and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of insomnia,nausea,vomiting,lethargy and other adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Flunarizine hydrochloride capsule is effective in the treatment of recurrent cerebral infarction sequelae stage related headache patients,can adjust intracranial blood flow velocity,improve the level of serum neurotransmitter,high safety.
