摘要
目的探讨营养干预在宫颈癌术后放化疗患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年8月于赣州市肿瘤医院接受宫颈癌术后放化疗的120例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加营养干预。比较两组营养风险状况[营养筛查量表2002(NRS 2002)、患者主观整体评估量表(PG-SGA)、微型营养评价量表(MNA)]、营养健康指标[体质量(BW)、体重指数(BMI)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)]、生命质量评分及不良事件发生情况。结果干预后,两组NRS 2002、PG-SGA评分均低于干预前,MNA评分均高于干预前,且观察组NRS 2002、PG-SGA评分均低于对照组,MNA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组BW、BMI及Hb、Alb水平均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质生活评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养干预在宫颈癌术后放化疗患者中的临床应用效果显著,能改善患者的营养健康状况,提高患者生命质量,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of nutritional intervention in postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy patients with cervical cancer.Methods 120 patients who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy after cervical cancer surgery in Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observa-tion group received nutritional intervention on the basis of the control group.The nutrition risk status(nutritional risk screening 2002[NRS 2002],patientgenerated subjective global assessment[PG-SGA],mini nutritional assessment[MNA]),nutritional health index(body weight[BW],body mass index[BMI],hemoglobin[Hb]and albumin[Alb]),quality of life score and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of NRS 2002 and PG-SGA of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the scores of MNA were higher than before intervention,and the scores of NRS 2002 and PG-SGA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the MNA score was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the BW,BMI and Hb and Alb levels of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,and material life of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of nutritional intervention in patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery has a significant effect,it can improve the nutritional health status of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse events.
