先天性胆道闭锁手术日龄的危险因素分析

Analysis of risk factors for operation age of congenital biliary atresia

目的探讨影响先天性胆道闭锁(BA)手术日龄的危险因素。方法选取2019年1月至2022年8月江西省儿童医院收治的83例BA患儿与同期83例黄疸患儿作为研究对象,收集两组临床资料,采用Logistic回归分析BA患儿手术日龄的影响因素。结果单因素Logistic分析结果显示,首次就诊医院级别、费用支付方式、父母教育水平、家庭收入、转诊次数及转氨酶水平与手术日龄相关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,父母教育水平、家庭收入、转诊次数及转氨酶水平是BA患儿手术日龄的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论父母教育水平、家庭收入、转诊次数及转氨酶水平是BA患儿手术日龄的影响因素。

Objective To explore the risk factors for operation age of congenital biliary atresia(BA).Methods 83 children with BA and 83 children with jaundice admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from January 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects,the relevant data of all children were collected,Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors affecting the operation age of children with BA.Results Univariate Logistic analysis showed that first visit hospital level,payment method,parental education level,family income,number of referral and transaminase level were related to operation age(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that parental education level,family income,number of referrals and transaminase level were independent influence factors for the operation age of BA children(P<0.05).Conclusion The influence factors on the age of operation for children with BA include parental education level,family income,number of referrals and transaminase levels.
