中医治疗肝郁脾虚型泄泻的研究进展

泄泻发病率不断上升,严重影响患者的生活质量,因此对于泄泻的治疗需求日益迫切。西医多以口服药物为主要治疗手段,以明确病因,对症治疗为主要原则,其优点是见效快、药理毒理作用明显。但对伴随的情绪问题及食欲不振等兼证疗效不明显,且缺乏个体化的治疗方案。中医多以辨证论治进行针对性治疗,强调因人而异,治疗方法繁多,包括内服中药汤剂、针灸、推拿、中药灌肠等多种治疗方法,标本兼治,极大提高了泄泻的治愈率。文章以传统中医疗法和西医疗法的疗效对比为切入点,阐述临床上中医治疗肝郁脾虚型泄泻的优势,为更多医者应用中医疗法治疗肝郁脾虚型泄泻提供借鉴。

The incidence of diarrhea is increasing,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients,and therefore the treatment of diarrhea is becoming more and more urgent.Western medicine mostly uses oral medication as the main treatment,with the main principle of identifying the cause and treating the symptoms,which has the advantage of quick effect and clear pharmacological and toxicological effects.However,they are not effective in treating the accompanying emotional problems and loss of appetite,and lack individualized treatment plans.Traditional Chinese medicine is mostly based on evidence-based treament,emphasizing that the treatment varies from person to person,with a wide range of treament methods,including internal Chinese medicine soup,acupuncture,massage,Chinese medicine enema and other treament methods,which can treat both the symptoms and the root cause,and greatly improve the cure rate of diarrhea.This paper takes the comparison of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy and western medicine therapy as the starting point,expounds the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to treat liver and spleen deficiency diarrhea in clinical practice,and provides reference for more doctors to apply traditional Chinese medicine therapy to treat liver and spleen deficiency diarrhea.
