摘要
研制了用于工业领域的高纯氦气纯化器,通过低温吸附的气体分离方式提纯氦气,将进气压力2~22 MPa、流量≤300 Nm^(3)/h、纯度>30%的氦气一次性提纯为99.999%的高纯氦气。研发设计主要从工业纯化器的流程模拟设计、工艺设计、仪控设计等方面实现工业系统的连续运行。工业型纯化器中的吸附器在运行中采用低温纯化、回温活化等交替型工作方式,需经过变温的交变工况,故在容器设计中增加了疲劳分析设计,从理论分析上保障容器安全性。工业型高纯氦气纯化器的设计采用两组及以上、单组多塔切换、全自动控制设计,完善的报警联锁功能,保障设备安全连续运行,实现无人值守。
A high purity helium purifier for industrial applications has been developed.A high purity helium purifier for industrial application has been developed to purify helium by gas separation at low temperature adsorption,the helium gas with inlet pressure of 2~22 MPa,flow rate of more than 300 Nm^(3)/h and purity of more than 30%was purified to 99.999%high purity helium at one time.Research and development design mainly from the process of industrial purifier simulation design,process design,instrument control design to achieve the continuous operation of industrial systems.The adsorber in the industrial purifier works alternately in low temperature purification and rewarming activation,which needs to go through alternating working conditions of variable temperature,so the fatigue analysis design is added to the design of the vessel,the safety of the container is guaranteed theoretically.The design of industrial high purity helium gas purifier adopts two or more groups,single group multi-tower switch,automatic control design,perfect alarm interlock function,ensuring the safe and continuous operation of the equipment and realizing unattended operation.
