摘要
目前超(超)临界机组给水加氧处理工艺是解决锅炉金属管子内部结垢及汽机通流部件沉积、腐蚀的有效方法,该工艺可最大限度降低系统的水流加速腐蚀。该文对某发电厂2台700 MW超临界直流锅炉的全保护加氧转换情况进行了介绍,阐述了加氧处理的原理,对加氧转换及监督过程中发生的问题进行了分析并提出解决方法。
Boiler feedwater oxygenation is an advanced treatment process currently used to solve scaling on the heating surface of ultra supercritical boilers and sedimentation and corrosion of turbine flow components,which can minimize the accelerated corrosion of the water flow of the system.This article introduces the full protection oxygenation conversion of two 700 MW supercritical DC boilers in a certain power plant,explains the principle of oxygenation treatment,analyzes the problems that occur during oxygenation conversion and supervision,and proposes solutions.
