330MW发电机组SCR系统精准喷氨改造研究

摘要 为解决国内某电厂330MW燃煤发电机组SCR系统存在的脱硝效率低、氨逃逸量大、流场磨损、积灰严重和空预器堵塞等问题,通过FLUENT软件对原SCR系统进行数值模拟,提出了导流板布置方案和喷氨装置优化方案。结果表明:改造后首层催化剂入口速度偏差降低至10.97%,催化剂入口氨氮摩尔比相对偏差下降至3.8%。 In order to solve the problems existing in SCR De-NO x System of a 330MW coal-fired generator set in a domestic power plant,such as low De-NO x efficiency,large amount of ammonia escape,flow field wear,serious ash accumulation and air preheater blockage,FLUENT software was used to simulate and analyze the original SCR De-NO x System,and the characteristics of the original system such as flow field and ammonia concentration field were analyzed.The layout scheme of the deflector and the optimization scheme of the ammonia spraying device are proposed.The results show that the velocity deviation at the catalyst inlet of the first layer can be reduced to 10.97%after the transformation,and the relative deviation of ammonia-nitrogen molar ratio at the catalyst inlet was decreased to 3.8%.
