摘要 蒸汽过热器是合成氨技术中的关键设备,本文重点研究应用镍基合金SB-167 N06690换热管的蒸汽过热器如何增强制造可靠性,阐述了蒸汽过热器的应用材料特点,结合化工行业此类产品反馈的问题,针对重点工序试验提出新的工艺措施,保证设备现场运行可靠,为制造类似结构和要求的产品积累了宝贵经验。 Steam superheater is the key equipment in synthetic ammonia technology.This paper focuses on how to enhance the manufacturing reliability of steam superheater with nickel-based alloy SB-167 N06690 heat exchange tubes,expounds the characteristics of applied materials of steam superheater,combines the feedback problems of such products in chemical industry,puts forward new technological measures for key process tests,ensures the reliable operation of equipment on site,and accumulates valuable experience for manufacturing products with similar structures and requirements.
