摘要
本文针对CF-C-300型锅炉集汽集箱支座角焊缝开裂问题展开研究。通过详细分析开裂原因,包括管道结构不均匀载荷分布、角焊缝焊接质量不高、弹簧支座摩擦力等方面的问题。提出了改进措施,包括重新平衡载荷、优化焊接工艺、降低摩擦力、引入结构监测系统等。
This paper investigates the issue of cracking in the fillet welds of the support brackets of a CF-C-300 boiler's steam drum.The study provides a detailed analysis of the root causes,including uneven load distribution in the pipeline structure,suboptimal weld quality in the fillet welds,and frictional forces in the spring supports.Proposed improvement measures encompass rebalancing loads,optimizing welding processes,reducing friction,and introducing structural monitoring systems.
