加氢反应器筒节的内径是在卷板机上加工完成的,筒节的内径尺寸直接关系到后续塔盘等部件的安装,因此其内径尺寸及圆度是需要重点控制的项目。本文重点对用内径千分尺测量筒节内径的测量的不确定度进行了分析评定。

The inner diameter of the hydrogenation reactor cylinder section is processed on a rolling machine,the inner diameter size of the cylinder section is directly related to the installation of subsequent components such as the tower tray,therefore,its inner diameter size and roundness are key items that need to be controlled.This article focuses on the analysis and envalution of the uncertainty in measuring the inner diameter of cylinder sections using an inner mictrometer.
