摘要
随着全球航运业对环境保护和可持续发展的日益重视,替代燃料动力船舶产业正迎来快速发展的机遇。本文构建的专利情报分析模型,结合市场实际需求、专利技术分布及产品竞争格局三大维度的信息,对产业竞争态势展开分析,并对关键技术领域的专利布局进行深入探讨。研究发现,我国专利申请量和船舶订单量虽然最多,仍存在专利质量欠佳问题,在低中速大功率发动机技术方面有一定的差距,据此提出了产业发展所面临的挑战和机遇,为制定相关政策和企业战略提供科学参考。
With the increasing emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable development in the global shipping industry,the alternative fuel powered ship industry is facing opportunities for rapid development.The patent information analysis model constructed in this article combines information from the three dimensions of actual market demand,patented technology distribution and product competition landscape to analyze the industry competition situation and conduct an in-depth discussion of the patent layout in key technology fields.The study found that although the number of patent applications and ship orders in China is the largest,the quality of the patents is still poor,and there is a certain gap in the technology of medium and low-speed high-power engines.Based on this,the challenges and opportunities faced by industrial development are put forward,and in order to provide scientific references for formulating relevant policies and corporate strategies.
