超声引导下应用聚桂醇硬化治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果评价

Clinical evaluation of ultrasound-guided application of poly(cinnamyl alcohol)sclerotherapy in the treatment of ovarian cysts

目的探讨超声引导下应用聚桂醇硬化治疗卵巢囊肿的临床价值。方法选取86例卵巢囊肿患者,根据随机抽签法分为开腹手术组与超声引导组,每组43例。开腹手术组患者采取常规开腹手术治疗,超声引导组患者采取超声引导下聚桂醇硬化介入治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果超声引导组总有效率97.67%高于开腹手术组的83.72%,治疗后雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于开腹手术组,促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平及并发症发生率均低于开腹手术组(P<0.05)。结论对卵巢囊肿患者使用超声引导下聚桂醇介入方式治疗,治疗效果好,对卵巢功能影响小,且并发症发生率低,值得临床应用。

Objective To exploring the clinical value of ultrasound-guided application of poly(cinnamyl alcohol)sclerotherapy in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods 86 patients with ovarian cysts were selected and randomly divided into an open surgery group and an ultrasound guided group,with 43 cases in each group.The open surgery group received routine open surgery treatment,while the ultrasound-guided group received ultrasound-guided percutaneous sclerotherapy intervention.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the ultrasound guided group was 97.67%higher than that of the open surgery group,which was 83.72%.After treatment,the level of estradiol(E_(2))was higher than that of the open surgery group,while the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the open surgery group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of ultrasound-guided poly(cinnamyl alcohol)intervention for the treatment of ovarian cyst patients has good therapeutic effects,minimal impact on ovarian function,and low incidence of complications,making it worthy of clinical application.
