克龄蒙联合中药甘麦大枣汤对治疗更年期综合征患者症状的影响

Influence of Climen combined with Ganmai Dazao decoction on the treatment of symptoms of climacteric syndrome

目的探究更年期综合征患者应用克龄蒙联合中药甘麦大枣汤治疗的临床价值。方法选取100例更年期综合征患者,基于随机数字表法将其分为研究组(中药甘麦大枣汤+克龄蒙治疗)、对照组(克龄蒙治疗),每组50例,对比两组临床效果。结果治疗后研究组改良Kupperman评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率100%较对照组的76.00%更高(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组更年期评定量表评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组围绝经期生存质量量表评分较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论克龄蒙联合中药甘麦大枣汤治疗更年期综合征患者,能够显著改善其更年期症状,提升临床疗效,提高其生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Climen combined with Ganmai Dazao decoction in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods 100 patients with climacteric syndrome were selected and divided into study group(Ganmai Dazao decoction+Climen treatment)and control group(Climen treatment)based on random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Results After treatment,the modified Kupperman score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 100%in the study group was higher than 76.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the menopause rating scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of perimenopausal quality of life scale in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Climen combined with Ganmai Dazao Decoction can significantly improve climacteric symptoms,clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with climacteric syndrome,which has clinical application value.
