拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊高征的临床效果研究

Clinical study of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension

目的分析拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压综合征(妊高征)的临床效果。方法选取88例妊高征患者,根据治疗方法不同分为研究组与对照组,每组44例。对照组使用硫酸镁注射液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合应用拉贝洛尔治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗7 d后,相比对照组,研究组血清胱抑素(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平较低(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,相比对照组,研究组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平较低(P<0.05)。相比对照组,研究组不良妊娠结局发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论妊高征患者应用拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗能取得满意成效,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate on pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome(PIH).Methods 88 patients with PIH were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate injection,and the study group was treated with labetalol combined with the control group,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 7 days of treatment,the levels of cystatin(CysC)and homocysteine(Hcy)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of PIH patients with labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate can achieve satisfactory results and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
