优质护理干预对卵巢癌住院患者心理状态和生活质量的影响

The impact of high-quality nursing intervention on the psychological status and quality of life of hospitalized ovarian cancer patients

目的分析优质护理干预对卵巢癌住院患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法选取70例卵巢癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)与观察组(优质护理干预),各35例,比较两组心理状态、生活质量及满意度。结果观察组干预后的心理状态优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度(97.14%)高于对照组(82.86%)(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预对卵巢癌住院患者心理状态与生活质量的改善具有积极影响,且可增加满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on mental state and quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer.Methods 70 patients with ovarian cancer were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(quality nursing intervention)according to random number table method,35 cases in each group.The psychological state,quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The psychological state of the observation group after intervention was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group(97.14%)was higher than that of control group(82.86%)(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention has a positive effect on the improvement of mental state and quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer,and can increase satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
