四川省非物质文化遗产“峨眉伤科疗法”历史源远流长,其代表性传承人罗才贵教授在吸收、继承“峨眉伤科疗法”独特理论的同时,集各家之所长,融会贯通,发展出独树一帜的中医伤科治疗思路。针对肩周炎的手法治疗,主张以调筋为本,以正骨为要,筋骨并重,达到“骨正筋柔,气血以流”的终极目标。本文将围绕“骨正筋柔”理念探讨峨眉伤科手法治疗肩周炎经验。

Sichuan Province's intangible cultural heritage“Emei Traumatology therapy”has a long history.Its representative inhertor Professor Luo Caigui,while absorbing and inheriting the unique theory of“Emei Traumatology therapy”,gathered the strengths of various families,integrated them,and developed a unique approach to TCM traumatology treatment.For the manipulative treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,it is advocated to regulate tendons as the base,to set bones as the important,and pay equal attention to tendons and bones,to achieve the ultimate goal of“bone is tendons soft,Qi and blood flow”.This article will discuss the experience of Emei Traumatology in treating periarthritis of shoulder by means of manipulation around the concept of“bone is right and tendons are soft”.
