调理冲任联合克罗米芬治疗高龄不孕患者临床观察

The Clinical Observation by CoordinatingChong and Conception Vessels Combined with Clomiphene in the Treatment of Senile Infertile Patients

目的:探究中药调理冲任联合克罗米芬口服治疗高龄不孕患者的疗效。方法:选取60例在广东省中西医结合医院和深圳市中医院就诊的高龄不孕患者,并随机分为治疗组(n=30,中药调理冲任联合克罗米芬口服)和对照组(n=30,克罗米芬口服)。比较两组治疗前后激素水平、子宫内膜容受性、排卵情况及妊娠情况。结果:两组患者的卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)与治疗前相比都明显下降,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);雌二醇(E2)和抗缪勒管激素(AMH)则显著增加,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的子宫内膜厚度都比治疗前增加,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的排卵率和妊娠率都高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药调理冲任联合克罗米芬口服可有效改善高龄不孕患者的激素水平和子宫内膜容受性,有助于妊娠,且能降低口服克罗米芬带来的不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the curative effect of coordinating chong and conception vessels combined with clomiphene in the treatment of senile infertile patients.Method Sixty elderly infertile patients from Guangdong Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30,coordinating chong and conception vessels combined with clomiphene)and control group(clomiphene by mouth).Hormone levels,endometrial receptivity,ovulation and pregnancy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Estradiol(E2)and anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)were significantly increased,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Endometrial thickness increased in both groups compared to before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).
