耳部铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆防治化疗后恶心-呕吐-食欲减退消化道症状群的疗效观察

Observation on theCurative Effect of Scraping with Copper Needle combined with Auricular Point Pressing Beans in the Prevention and Treatment of Digestive Tract Symptoms of Nausea-Vomiting-Anorexia Induced by Chemotherapy

目的:观察耳部铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆防治化疗所致恶心-呕吐-食欲减退的临床疗效。方法:选取成都中医药大学附属医院肿瘤科2022年1月~2023年2月收治的符合纳排标准的72例化疗患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法按照1∶1比例分成两组各36例(实际完成62例,治疗组32例,对照组30例),两组患者均用含铂类化疗方案,对照组行常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上接受耳部铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆,比较两组患者恶心、呕吐发生率、食欲减退情况、痛苦等级以及生活质量评分。结果:耳部铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆干预后,治疗组恶心发生率为31.3%,呕吐发生率为28.1%,对照组恶心发生率为63.3%,呕吐发生率为56.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者食欲评分、痛苦等级及生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳部铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆能降低铂类化疗相关性恶心呕吐的发生率,改善食欲减退,减少化疗产生的痛苦,并提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of scraping with copper needle combined with auricular point pressing beans in the prevention and treatment of nausea-vomiting-anorexia induced by chemotherapy.Method A total of 72 patients with chemotherapy who met the criteria of admixture and were admitted to the Department of Oncology,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study,and were divided into 2 groups with 36 patients in each group according to the ratio of 1:1 by random number table method(62 patients actually completed,32 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group).Both groups were treated with platinum containing chemotherapy regimen and conventional treatment,and the treatment group was additionally given scraping with copper needle combined with auricular point pressing beans therapy.The incidence of nausea,vomiting and anorexia,pain grade and KPS scores of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention of scraping with copper needle combined with auricular point pressing beans,the incidence of nausea and vomiting was 31.3%and 28.1%in the treatment group,and 63.3%and 56.7%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Appetite scores,pain grade and KPS scores in treatment group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scraping with copper needle combined with auricular point pressing beans could reduce the incidence of cisplatin chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,reduce the loss of appetite in patients,reduce the pain caused by chemotherapy,and improve the quality of life of patients.
