摘要
详细介绍了电磁兼容风险要素,并以电器产品系统级的线束间串扰风险要素为研究对象,仿真分析了发射电缆注入单源干扰时,电缆间距、离地高度、电缆类型对接收电缆上串扰耦合的影响。仿真与理论结果相符,为电气产品系统级的电缆线束间电磁兼容风险评估值赋值,提供了有效的数据支撑,可缩短研发周期,降低产品研发成本。
In this paper,the key factors of EMC risk are introduced in detail.Taking system-level interline crosstalk of electrical products as the research object,the influence of cable spacing,ground height and cable type on the crosstalk coupling on the receiving cable when the transmitting cable is injected with single-source interference is simulated and analyzed,which provides data support for system-level EMC risk assessment of electrical products and effectively shorter the R&D cycle.Reduce product development costs.
