批产卫星磁试验流程优化方法

摘要 为了在确保验证有效性的同时提高批产卫星的磁试验效率,提出了一种优化批产卫星磁试验流程的方法.建立了与卫星磁试验国际标准相适应的卫星剩磁矩和杂散磁矩模型,揭示了批产卫星各星之间磁矩的相关性,并以此优化和重构了卫星磁试验流程.将优化后的流程应用于3种批产的卫星或部件的磁试验中,结果表明:该方法在整星磁试验中的有效性为85.7%,可将整星磁试验周期压缩92.6%;在部件磁试验中的有效性为100%,可将部件磁试验周期压缩53.8%,为未来批产卫星磁试验的流程优化和标准编制提供了理论参考. In order to improve the efficiency of the magnetic test of batch production satellites while ensuring the validity of the verification,a method for optimizing the process of magnetic test of batch production satellites was proposed.A model of the remanent and stray magnetic moments of satellites compatible with international standards for satellite magnetic tests was established,the correlation of the moments among satellites of the batch production satellites was revealed,and the process of the magnetic test of satellites was optimized and reconfigured.The optimized process was applied to the magnetic test of three kinds of batch production satellites or components.The results show that the effectiveness of the method is 85.7%in the magnetic test of the satellite,which can compress the magnetic test cycle of the satellite by 92.6%;while in the magnetic test of the component the effectiveness is 100%,which reduces the magnetic test cycle of the component by 53.8%.This method provides theoretical references for the optimization of the process of magnetic testing of the batch production satellites in the future and for the drafting of the standard.
