面向硬件的软件化载荷产品开发与测试技术

摘要 传统以硬件形态为主的载荷产品设计方式,在开发进度、成本、可靠性保证、体积及质量等方面已无法满足批量化、迅捷化及低成本的航天任务发展需求和产品竞争.为了解决传统载荷产品的开发瓶颈,探索提出了一种面向硬件的软件化载荷产品开发及测试方法.该方法从载荷产品形态、通用架构及开发方式方面进行突破,实现了产品高度硬件软件化、集成化和通用化.在开展技术原理研究的同时,结合载荷典型应用完成了原理样机开发.与常规产品相比,这种软件化载荷产品质量、尺寸、功耗及生成效率方面均取得较大程度优化.由于软件化载荷产品实现了硬件电路软件化,具备丰富的可编程自定义测试接口,在此基础上对标软件测试标准,提出了基于软件化载荷产品的全态测试方法.该方法包括数据采集、数据与信息分析处理、供电监测及全态温度监测等,可实现载荷产品的全方位动态实时功能、性能监测,保证软件化载荷产品的可靠性. The traditional hardware based design approach for payload products is no longer able to meet the development needs and product competition of high-volume,rapid and low-cost aerospace missions in terms of development progress,cost,reliability assurance,volume,weight and other aspects.To solve the bottleneck of traditional payload product development,a development and testing method was explored for hardware oriented software payload product.This method broke the mold of load products,general architecture and development patterns,and achieved a high degree of software-based hardware,integration and generalization of products.While researching the technical principles,a prototype was developed based on typical load applications.Compared with conventional products,the software-based payload products have achieved significant optimization in weight,size,power consumption and generation efficiency.Due to the implementation from hardware circuit to software in software payloads,which had rich programmable custom test interfaces,a full-state test method based on software payloads was proposed by benchmarking software test standards.This method included data acquisition,data and information analysis and processing,power supply monitoring,full-state temperature monitoring,etc.,which achieved comprehensive real-time dynamic functions and performance monitoring of payload products and ensured the reliability of software payload products.
