基于热固耦合的低温球阀仿真分析

摘要 球阀是目前在石油化工、航空航天等领域的重要控制设备之一。低温球阀是对二甲苯制备工艺中的关键设备,其输运的流体通常为低温的固液两相混合物,工况较为复杂,因此需对其可靠性进行验证。本文针对对二甲苯制备工艺中使用的低温球阀,通过对其建立三维模型并使用CFD方法,研究了在正常工况(-67℃,7.5 MPa)下,阀门各零部件的温度场、应力场以及变形量。结果表明球阀各零部件的应力均小于材料的许用应力;填料处的最低温高于要求的0℃,验证了该球阀在低温下的可靠性,为低温阀门的热固耦合分析提供了一定的参考。 Ball valve is one of the important control equipment in petrochemical,aerospace and other fields.Cryogenic ball valve is the key equipment in the preparation process of paraxylene.The fluid it transports is usually a low-temperature solid-liquid two-phase mixture,and the working conditions are complex,so its reliability needs to be verified.In this paper,the temperature field,stress field and deformation of each part of the valve under normal working conditions(-67℃,7.5 MPa)were studied by establishing a three-dimensional model and using CFD method for the low-temperature ball valve used in the preparation process of p-xylene.The results show that the stress of each part of the ball valve is less than the allowable stress of the material;the minimum temperature at the packing is higher than the required 0℃,which verifies the reliability of the ball valve at low temperature and provides a certain reference for the thermo-solid coupling analysis of the cryogenic valve.
