This paper discusses the forming,heat treatment,base metal heat treatment specimens and product welding specimens of pressure vessel heads,and discusses some problems in the manufacturing and Surveillance inspection of the head from the requirements of regulations and standards,which provides certain reference value for the manufacturing and supervision of the head.
