小剂量阿奇霉素联合信必可都保治疗稳定期支气管扩张患者炎性反应、血气分析指标及肺功能的影响

The effects of low-dose Azithromycin combined with Xinbicolol on inflammatory response,blood gas analysis indicators,and lung function in stable stage bronchiectasis patients

目的探究稳定期支气管扩张使用小剂量阿奇霉素联合信必可都保治疗的效果。方法随机将2022年10月~2024年3月我院收治的80例稳定期支气管扩张患者,分为A、B两组,各组40例。A组选用小剂量阿奇霉素联合信必可都保,B组选用信必可都保治疗。对比两组炎性反应、血气分析指标、肺功能指标。结果治疗3个疗程,两组白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))均降低,A组较B组低;两组动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))及第1秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)占用力肺活量(FVC)的比值、FEV1与预计值的百分比(FEV1%pred)均升高,A组高于B组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量阿奇霉素联合信必可都保可减轻稳定期支气管扩张患者的炎性反应,改善其血气分析指标与肺功能。

Objective To explore the efficacy of low-dose azithromycin combined with Xinbicolol in the treatment of stable bronchiectasis.Methods 80 patients with stable bronchiectasis admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with low-dose azithromycin combined with Xinbiguobao,while Group B was treated with Xinbiguobao.Compare two groups of inflammatory response,blood gas analysis indicators,and lung function indicators.Results After three courses of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP),and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))decreased in both groups,with Group A being lower than Group B;The ratio of arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and forced expiratory volume at 1 second(FEV1)to forced vital capacity(FVC),as well as the percentage of FEV1 to expected value(FEV1%pred),increased in both groups.Group A was higher than Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of low-dose azithromycin and Xin Bi Ke Du Bao can alleviate the inflammatory response in patients with stable bronchiectasis,improve their blood gas analysis indicators and lung function.
