跨理论模型的行为干预策略对实习生医院感染防控知信行的作用研究

A Study on the Effect of Cross theoretical Model Behavioral Intervention Strategies on the Knowledge,Belief,and Practice of Hospital Infection Prevention and Control among Interns

目的探讨跨理论模型的行为干预策略对实习生医院感染防控知信行的作用。方法查阅国内外相关文献资料,采用自行设计的《实习生医院感染认知情况调查表》,对2023~2024年惠州市某三甲综合医院实习的15所医学院的实习生医院感染知识、态度、行为现状进行调查,对其实施跨理论模型的行为干预策略,对比干预前和干预后实习生医院感染防控知识调查得分、态度调查得分、行为改变得分及感控措施执行情况等方面的干预效果。结果实习生在医院感染防控相关知识总评分为(53.23±5.36)分,态度总评分为(18.26±2.48)分,行为总评分为(8.23±1.45)分;干预后实习生医院感染防控知信行评分显著高于干预前(P<0.05);干预后实习生感控措施执行率显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论跨理论模型的行为干预策略可提高实习生医院感染防控意识,改善其知信行,减少医院感染事件发生。

Objective To explore the effect of cross theoretical model behavioral intervention strategies on the knowledge,beliefs,and practices of hospital infection prevention and control among interns.Methods Relevant literature and materials were consulted both domestically and internationally.A self-designed"Intern Hospital Infection Awareness Survey Form"was used to investigate the knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors of hospital infections among interns from 15 medical schools interning at a tertiary comprehensive hospital in Huizhou from 2023 to 2024.Behavioral intervention strategies based on cross theoretical models were implemented,and the intervention effects were compared in terms of intern hospital infection prevention and control knowledge survey scores,attitude survey scores,behavior change scores,and implementation of infection control measures before and after intervention.Results The total score of the intern's knowledge related to hospital infection prevention and control was(53.23±5.36)points,the total score of attitude was(18.26±2.48)points,and the total score of behavior was(8.23±1.45)points;After intervention,the hospital infection prevention and control knowledge,belief,and behavior scores of interns were significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.05);The implementation rate of infection control measures among interns after intervention was significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavioral intervention strategies based on cross theoretical models can enhance the awareness of hospital infection prevention and control among interns,improve their knowledge,beliefs,and behaviors,and reduce the occurrence of hospital infection events.
