基于PLC高铁轴温监测虚拟现实系统开发

摘要 轴温监测是高速列车网络控制的基本功能之一,但目前企业及学校在案例分析、课堂教学时,普遍缺少一套有效的培训手段。利用PLC作为硬件平台,基于Modbus通信协议模拟TCN总线数据的采集与传输,展现高铁的轴温监测过程,并通过使用3Ds Max软件来建立模型,然后结合LOD优化法对模型进行精细化的优化处理,利用虚拟现实引擎,设计并开发了高铁轴温监测原理虚拟演示系统。该系统与传统教学培训相比,具有直观性和沉浸感,可以满足受训人员的知识培训、模拟训练等需求。 Shaft temperature monitoring is one of the basic functions of high-speed train network control,but at present,enterprises and schools generally lack a set of effective training methods in classroom teaching and case analysis.In this paper,PLC is used as Hardware platform,based on Modbus communication protocol to simulate the acquisition and transmission of TCN bus data,to show the shaft temperature monitoring process of high-speed rail,and the model is established by using 3Ds Max software,and then the model is refined and optimized by combining the LOD optimization method,and a virtual demonstration system of the principle of high-speed rail shaft temperature monitoring is designed and developed by using the virtual reality engine.Compared with traditional teaching and training,this system has an intuitive and immersive sense to meet the needs of trainees for knowledge training and simulation training.
