基于LoRa的工业通讯技术设计与应用探索

摘要 目前过程控制系统中一些被控对象安装位置分布零散、I/O变量较少的采集与控制,选择不带CPU的远程I/O模块有着体积小、性价比高、通讯带宽要求低等特点。为了消除如行车式吸泥机等往返移动机构带来的通讯电缆敷设长、使用寿命有限等问题,设计一款基于LoRa技术的工业数据交换装置。该装置选用STM32作为主控制器,通过SX1262实现无线数据的收发、处理。实践证明该装置的通讯距离可满足生产工艺中各远程I/O模块的数据交换要求,极大地提高了生产工艺过程控制系统的敏捷性,有助于数字化生产工艺线的建设。 For the acquisition and control of some controlled objects in the current process control system,the remote I/O module without CPU has the characteristics of small size,high cost performance and low communication bandwidth requirements.In order to eliminate the problems of long communication cable laying and limited service life caused by round-trip mobile mechanism such as driving mud suction machine,an industrial data exchange device based on LoRa technology is designed in this paper.The device uses STM32 as the main controller,and realizes wireless data transmission and processing by SX1262.The practice proves that the communication distance of the device can meet the data exchange requirements of each remote I/O module in the production process,greatly improve the agility of the production process control system,and contribute to the construction of the digital production process line.
