基于STM32的降压型高性能直流稳压电源设计

摘要 在电子电路设计、测试和调试过程中,需要使用直流稳压电源提供稳定的电压和电流输出,确保试验设备稳定运行,获得准确可靠的测试结果。为此,设计了一种基于同步整流Buck电路的高精度、高效率、宽输出的程控直流稳压电源,该电源选用数字电源型控制器STM32F334作为MCU,信号调理电路采用差分放大电路设计,并对采样参数进行线性校正,在控制环路中引入PID控制算法,进一步提高电源的输出精度和动态性能。同时,该电源具备短路、过压、过流、过温保护功能。通过测试验证,该直流稳压电源设计可实现0~48 V宽电压输出,输出纹波小于50 m V,转换效率达94%,最大输出功率达450 W,保护功能完备,有效提高了程控直流稳压电源的输出精度、转换效率、输出范围、可靠性和安全性。 A high precision,high efficiency and wide output programmable DC voltage regulator power supply based on synchronous rectifier Buck circuit is designed.The digital power controller STM32F334 is selected as the MCU for this power supply.The signal conditioning circuit is designed with differential amplifier circuit,and the sampling parameters are linearly corrected.Further improve the output accuracy and dynamic performance of the power supply.At the same time,the power supply has short circuit,over voltage,over current,over temperature protection functions.Through testing and verification,the DC voltage regulator design can achieve 0~48 V wide voltage output,the output ripple is less than 50 mV,the conversion efficiency is 94%,the maximum output power is 450 W,the protection function is complete,and the output accuracy,conversion efficiency,output range,reliability and safety of the programmed DC voltage regulator power supply are improved.
