摘要
随着我国经济发展,对铁矿资源需求的大幅度增大,铁尾矿的大量堆存对自然环境和经济发展造成巨大挑战,提高铁尾矿的综合利用效率,已成为铁尾矿资源利用的重要途径。本文以利国铁尾矿为主要原料,对其进行物相、化学成分及粒度重构,制备出了符合国家相关规定并且质量优秀的釉面材料。制备出的结晶釉,其硬度、铅-镉溶出量、接触角等物理性能均满足日用陶瓷国家标准,且制作工艺简单,尾矿在釉料中的加入量为25%~50%,可以实现铁尾矿制备釉料的规模化生产和高值化利用。
With the economic development of China,the demand for iron ore resources has increased substantially,and the large amount of iron tailings stockpile has posed a great challenge to the natural environment and economic development,and it has become an important way of iron tailings resource utilisation to improve the comprehensive utilisation efficiency of iron tailings.In this paper,we take Liguo iron tailings as the main raw material,reconstruct its physical phase,chemical composition and particle size,and prepare the glaze material that meets the relevant national regulations and has excellent quality.The crystalline glaze prepared,its hardness,lead-cadmium dissolution,contact angle and other physical properties meet the national standard of daily-use ceramics,and the production process is simple,the amount of tailings in the glaze is 25%-50 %,which can achieve the large-scale production of iron tailings prepared glaze materials and high-value use.
