摘要
食品药品产品属性是食品药品安全治理的基础。本文从食品药品作为健康性产品、刚需性产品、战略性产品、信赖性产品、风险性产品、断崖性产品出发,多维度多视角分析了各类产品属性对食品药品安全监管提出的具体要求,进而提出必须对食品药品安全实行统一监管、全程监管、专业监管、精细监管、严格监管、科学监管。
The attributes of food and drug products form the basis of safety governance in these sectors.This article analyzes the specific regulatory requirements arising from the diverse attributes of food and drug products from multi-dimension and multi-perspective,considering them as health products,essential products,strategic products,risk products,trusted products,and zero-sum products.The analysis underscores the need for unified,comprehensive,professional,meticulous,strict,and scientific supervision of food and drug safety.
