套磨铣作业管柱力学分析及参数优化设计

摘要 针对井眼状况、作业管柱结构、修井液性能、套磨铣施工参数等维度,分析了套磨铣作业对套管损伤机理,建立了套磨铣作业设计方法,开发了套磨铣作业管柱力学分析及参数优化设计软件,实现了井眼轨迹计算、管柱力学分析、扭矩及拉力计算、套磨铣工具组合优化设计、施工水力参数优化等功能。实例应用表明,软件可以计算井口大钩载荷、套铣筒位置的扭矩、整体套磨铣管柱扭矩、沿井深的管柱动态磨阻、强度校核和安全分析,计算结果与实际测试结果误差在5.5%以内。研究结果可为制定科学的套磨铣作业套损预防提供对策方案。 This article presents an analysis of the mechanism of casing damage caused by casing grinding and milling operations,with a focus on the dimensions of wellbore conditions,the structure of the operation string,the performance of well repair fluids,and the construction parameters of the casing grinding and milling process.Additionally,a design method for casing grinding and milling operations has been established,and a software program has been developed for the mechanical analysis and parameter optimization design of casing grinding and milling operations.The software was employed to facilitate the calculation of wellbore trajectories,casing mechanics analysis,torque and tension calculations,casing grinding and milling tool combination optimization design,and construction hydraulic parameter optimization.The practical application of the software demonstrates its ability to calculate the load of the wellhead hook,the torque at the position of the casing milling cylinder,the torque of the overall casing milling pipe column,the dynamic wear resistance of the pipe column along the depth of the well,strength verification,and safety analysis.The error between the calculated results and the actual test results is within 5.5%.
