永磁同步电机三相矢量双选取预测转矩控制

Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Under Double-selection of Three-phase-vector Predictive Torque Control

摘要 针对永磁同步电机在占空比模型预测转矩控制下,存在计算量较大、稳态性能不够理想的问题,提出一种三相矢量双选取模型预测转矩控制方法。首先将定子磁链所在空间复平面6个扇区重新划分为3个扇区;其次,设计一种基于三相电压矢量的新型开关表,依据新型电压矢量选择表,从三相电压矢量中选择出两个有效电压矢量,再加入一个零矢量,仅进行一次占空比计算,就可输出任意幅值、相角的期望电压矢量。仿真结果表明,该策略减少了系统计算时间,有效地抑制了转矩和磁链脉动且稳态性能良好。 Aimed at the problem that a permanent magnet synchronous motor has a large amount of calculation load and its steady-state performance is not ideal under the duty-cycle model predictive torque control,a double-selection of three-phase-vector model predictive torque control method is proposed.First,the six sectors on the space complex plane where the stator flux linkage is located are re-divided into three sectors.Second,a new switching table based on three-phase voltage vectors is designed.According to the selection table of new voltage vectors,two effective voltage vectors are selected from the three-phase voltage vectors.Afterwards,a zero vector is added,so that the output of a de-sired voltage vector of any amplitude and any phase angle can be realized by performing only one duty cycle calculation.Simulation results show that under the proposed control strategy,the system calculation time is reduced,the torque and flux linkage ripple are effectively suppressed,and the steady-state performance is satisfying.
